Newsletter Contest Update
Thanks to everyone who participated in our hidden word contests! The secret backwards word for last week's contest was green, written as "neerg." The winning family of one of our 3rd graders has been notified, and was ecstatic to get a nice break from their usual groceries bill. Please remember to keep reading or watching the newsletter, as we post important news and updates every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month in both English and Spanish. Don't forget that you have two options in either language: you can read the written version, courtesy of Smore Newsletters, or watch/listen to the video summary, courtesy of YouTube. The video summary is great for multi-taskers who’d rather listen to the newsletter while cooking, driving, or unwinding before bedtime.

Norwood Spring Picture Day 2022!
Just as in the Fall, families will be able to purchase new individual pictures for their children as well as a class picture with their teacher. Remember, purchases are not mandatory, but are handled by LifeTouch. The same exact procedure for individual pictures will be followed from the Fall, where you order online using a special code or via the picture day envelope. We will distribute envelopes when they arrive, but feel free to watch this video below if you are new to pictures or want a refresher on how to order. We will also share more information about how to order class photos as soon as we receive them.
March Coffee & Conversation Preview
Our next Coffee & Conversation session for March will take place on Tuesday, March 29th, at 2:15 - 3:15pm. Mr. Jeremiah and Mr. Castro will once again be presenting. This time, they will discuss how parents can now get involved with the school by way of volunteering or participation in other events. We will also update everyone on the status of the Norwood PTA as well as gather your ideas for what new events you'd like to see at the school.
This will be our first Coffee & Conversation event that will be IN-PERSON at the school since the pandemic began. No Google meet code is necessary, as we look forward to seeing your smiling faces. Refreshments will be provided. Simply come to the front office, and after signing in there as a visitor, you can head straight to the cafeteria.
