What's Buzzin' at Bryant

Week of November 7, 2022

A Message from Mrs. Johnson

Hello Bryant families,

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out for parent/teacher conferences. We had such a wonderful turn out. It is my hope that you walked away from the conference with a much clearer picture of your child's academic strengths and any areas of improvement. Team Bryant is committed to working collaboratively with families to ensure our students have access to rigorous, standards-based academic experience each day.

As a reminder, in observance of Veteran's Day, school will not be in session this Friday, November 11th. We will see everyone bright and early on Monday, the 14th. School will not be in session during the week of November 21st for Thanksgiving Break. Enjoy!

As always, Bee Fantastic, Bee Great, Bee the Difference! Have a great week!

Expanding our learning through Expanded Learning Programs!

Thank you so much to the Expanded Learning team for offering our students with the opportunity to visit the San Diego Safari Park (grades 3-6) and the Santa Ana Zoo (grades K-2) last Thursday. On Friday, students were able to experience a petting zoo, gaming trucks and Kona Ice. We are so grateful for the opporunity. Be on the look out for flyers for the next session. This opportunity is open to all RUSD students in grades K-6.

School Site Council (SSC) ballot

Let your voice be heard! As we vote on our commuity leaders this week, please take a minute to complete the ballot to identify those parents to serve on Bryant's SSC. Vote for two candidates on the ballot. Thank you so much!

Core Virtue for the month of November - STEWARDSHIP

Stewardship is basically the careful, responsible management of something that has been entrusted to your care. Everything you have on this earth – time, talent, treasure, money, opportunity, you name it – has been entrusted to you. We have all been entrusted with something in our lives, and it is our job to identify that thing or those things and then not just protect them but also manage them.
