JSE Monthly Attributes:
Characteristic of a Successful Learner (CSL): Strive for Personal Best
Bucket-Filling Trait: Respect
#BearcatPride!
Good afternoon, JSE families,
JSE is making tracks in the community once again! This time in a published book with Mrs. Ross and her previous students as the highlight. Check out this special news below. Lucky's Lessons are ones we can all use. This is a great example of what each of our teachers do to bring real world application to the classroom to focus on growing the whole child. All of our students celebrated Lucky with the reading of the book featured on Friday's News.
We also recognize our incredible 2020 Spell Bowl Team and Coach Koch for her leadership! Mrs. Koch and her team have been working very hard to learn a TON of new words, their meaning and spelling. We are proud of them! Check out their virtual study room above.
Just a reminder of the FREE lunch/breakfast opportunity for all UTSC students. Please see the communication from our central office for more information: LINK
Last week you received an information letter on this year's required Body Safety presentation, JSE students will watch the Body Safety Program presented by Dunebrook this year on the 21st or the 23rd. This evening is a virtual parent information session for those parents interested in learning more about the program. See the information below.
Please read through several other important updates in this newsletter. You may always respond to this email with any questions, we are here for you.
We look forward to touching base with you on Monday!
