Red/Orange
Examples: carrots, cherries, strawberries, peaches, watermelon, cantelope, pumpkin, cranberry, apples, tomatoes, apricots, grape fruit, passion fruit
These fruits help your heart, skin, and eye health as well as immunity from diseases and decrease your risk of cancer. They also improve your memory and help your urinary tract.
Green
Examples: Spinach, broccoli, green bean, zucchini, asparagus, lettuce, kiwi
They improve your eye health and give you strong teeth. They also decrease your risk of some illnesses.
Blue/ Purple
Examples : Grapes, blueberries, raspberries, eggplant, blackberries, beats, plums, purple onions
They help your circulatory system as well as help the bones. They also have anti-aging properties.
Brown/ Tan
Examples: Cashews, peanuts, grains, pecans, pinto beans, cocoa beans
These foods help you lose wait as well as lower your cholesterol. They also prevent early ageing.
White
Examples: Potatoes, rice, garlic, bananas, cauliflower, coconut, mushrooms
They lower cholesterol and blood pressure. They also decrease chance of heart disease.
Yellow
Examples: Mango, pineapples, lemons, peppers, pears
They promote digestion and brain function. They help the health of your eyes and skin.
