School Messenger
Johnson City Schools use an application called School Messenger in order to send out emergency or weather-related notifications. It is important that schools have the most up-to-date phone numbers and contact methods in order to ensure that parents receive important information. That information can be updated through the school. Please contact your school for further instructions.
If you would like to receive notifications through a text message, the school must have your cell phone number and you must respond to the opt-in text you receive (if your number has never been entered into our system). You may also opt-in by sending a text with the message “Y” or “Yes” to 67587 from the cell phone.
