Heading for Winter Break!

As we head into our last week before winter break, please help us to keep students on track and working hard, even through their last learning day before the break (Friday, December 18). Teachers will be planning and delivering instruction up through the very last day of the semester!

Parents: We need your help with students learning from home!

Parents and guardians:

We have many students doing well with learning from home; they are logging in for lessons and participating appropriately. We thank you for your support.

We also have some students who are logging in for lessons but not participating appropriately in online learning. The expectation for online learning is that students will be in a space in their home that is conducive to learning and learners will have their camera on unless they are directed to an application outside of their teacher's WebEx meeting. It is a privilege to watch our teachers give their all to online and in-person lessons simultaneously; students who are at home are expected to watch, participate, and give eye contact appropriately.

Parents and guardians, we need your assistance in helping students make good choices about online learning. Please make sure students are in an appropriate place for online learning, have materials ready, and have cameras on. If you are able to monitor their interactions, that would be very helpful to teachers. Thank you for your support; we appreciate it every day.
