Why do the prison reforms matter?

People who do low crimes such as robbery would get put in the same cell as a person who kills people for a living and who are insanely bad. That is not fair and cruel for the nicer person to be in the same cell as that person doing horrific things. They should be allowed to have organized cells according to the level of crime that person has committed rather than have them all in whatever. They also do not treat the mentally ill with the care they need to help them become better people rather than more of what got them into prison, they are beaten until they follow the given orders.

Prison Reforms are FAIR!

Imagine having to share a cell with someone who is a hardcore criminal? What about the mentally incapable people who are beaten until they are forced to do as they're told.
