Living a healthy lifestyle includes having a healthy heart. This month we want to focus on heart health, and a great way to do that is by limiting our sodium intake. Too much sodium can lead to heart problems. A few ways to cut down on salt in our diet are opting for spices over salt and reading the nutrition facts labels on foods.
