Talcum powder is most commonly known to be used in baby powder. It is also used for many other everyday things like cosmetics and a filler/whitener for paint.
Physical properties
Its is a white, odorless and very separated (not chunky) powder (It is used as an anti-caking agent). The elements included are Magnesium, silicon, oxygen and hydrogen.
Other Facts:
The largest use of Talcum Powder in the U.S. is in plastics. The second is ceramics.
