Weekly Update
December 14th
Ninety-One School
Dear Ninety-One Community,
As we head into the last part of 2022 I just wanted to thank you all for your support you have shown Ninety-One School this year.
I truly believe it takes our entire community to make this a great school. I don't take your partnerships for granted and appreciate all you do.
The holiday season can bring some stress but I challenge you to take some time to create some happy memories with your family and friends. Sometimes it's nice to take a deep breath and enjoy those around you.
Please see below for some important information about our middle school fundraisers, band concert, some fourth grade highlights, and December events.
Have a wonderful winter break.
Best Wishes,
Andy Pauls
Middle School Fundraising
Our middle school classes have been hard at work fundraising for their overnight trip to Southern Oregon in June. Thanks to everyone who bought Sees Chocolate Bars and Poinsettias! Our next fundraising effort comes from Bottle Drop. There are three ways you can help:
1. Donate directly from your personal green bag bottle drop account into the Ninety-One School Southern Oregon trip account.
2. Pick-up a Blue (non-profit) bag from school- fill it- and drop it off at a bottle drop center. Each bag will be pre-tagged to go to our Southern Oregon trip account. Can't make it to a drop location? Bring it back to school and a volunteer will turn it in.
3. Ask your friends and neighbors if they have a can donation they would like to make. Have a bunch of bags of cans already? Bring them in and the middle school students will get them bagged up for bottle drop. Please email tanya.boss@canby.k12.or.us if you have a larger donation to make and we will help make arrangements to get it picked up or receive it at school.
Thanks for supporting the Middle School Fundraising Efforts!
Winter Band Concert
Come join our Ninety-One Band tonight, at 7:00pm in our Blue Gym for a winter concert.
Students have been working really hard and are excited to play in front of an audience.
Band members need to be at the school at 6:30pm. Please contact Mr. Ramirez with any questions.
Hour of Code
One of those classes was Ms. Love's fourth grade class. A student was even quoted as saying, "I thought this would be boring, but it's really fun."
Thank you to Ms. Love and all our other teachers for providing exciting learning opportunities to our students.
December Events 2022
