What is Triskaidekaphobia?

The fear of the number 13.

When was it discovered?

During ancient time the number 13 was suppose to be bad luck, for an example having thirteen Gods in ancient Roman it was bad luck.

What are the symptoms.

Panic, uncontrollable reactions, rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, extreme avoidance, trembling.


Cognitive therapy helps strengthen self image, helps destroy destructive thought patterns, and also help identify distorted thinking.
