POLITICAL ADVERTISING IN THE HOA NEWSLETTER AND ON THE CP FACEBOOK PAGE:

As a general policy, we do not allow any local, state or national political advertising, candidate promotion, political opinions, or the like to appear in either our Newsletter or on our Facebook Page. We'd like to remain neutral and it's just better that way. If you place any such political items on our FB Page it will be deleted. Any exceptions to this policy will have to be approved by the HOA Board of Directors. Thanks for adhering to this policy.

.

Also, this is a reminder that you are only allowed to have ONE political (or other) sign in your yard at one time. Please respect your neighbors and neighborhood and do not place more than one sign at a time. We recommend you rotate signs if you are supporting multiple candidates.

.

Signs are also not allowed on any Common Areas of the neighborhood (i.e. entrances, parks, pool, playground, corners, etc.). The only exceptions are signs erected by the HOA or Social Committee.

Please indicate on the Visitor Pass the date you will be moving the RV. This is to be followed every time.

Leaving unmarked cars parked in the Pool Parking Lot during the day or overnight is not allowed. If vehicles do not have a Green Vehicle Sticker on them then they MUST have a Visitor Parking Pass on them to keep from being towed.
