The ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 Speaking test issue that was confirmed at 12:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Feb. 28, has been resolved and students are able to resume testing. For students that were taking a Speaking test when the incident occurred, they can simply log back into INSIGHT and resume the test where they left off.
The issue was due to a portion of Amazon Web Services going offline. As was widely reported by the media, companies across the U.S. were impacted. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify you if any additional issues arise.
