Bahrain HIstory.
Bahrain is an island country in the Arabic Gulf. The history of Bahrain dates back to ancient history. Bahrain was the central location of the ancient Dilum civilization.
Bahrain Art.
The modern Bahraini art movement started in the 1950s, with the establishment of an Arts and Literature club in 1952. In 1956, the first art exhibition was held in the Bahraini capital, Manama.
Bahrain Politics.
Politics of Bahrain takes place since 2002 in a framework of a constitutional monarchy, where the government is appointed by the King of Bahrain. The head of the government since 1971 is Prime Minister Prince Khalifa and the Crown Prince is Prince Salman.
Bahrain Geography.
Bahrain comprises an archipelago of thirty-seven islands in the Persain Gulf, situated close to the shore of the Aribain Peninsula. The islands are about twenty-four kilometers from the east coast of Saudi Arabia. The total area of the islands is about 780 square kilometers. bahrain is forty-eight kilometers long at its widest point in the north, it is sixteen kilometers from east to west.
