Doing acts of kindness is one of the best activities you can do with your kids. It's a great way to bond as a family, a lot of fun and teaches kids about compassion and service. Any act of kindness no matter how big or small can make a difference–especially when done intentionally.

This month we will be focusing on the character trait of integrity. Having integrity shows people what your heart is really like. Integrity is doing the right thing even when it’s hard or when no one is looking. Know what is expected of you and others so you know how to act. Integrity is standing up for what is right.

The Louisiana Compulsory Attendance Law, R.S 17:221, mandates that all children be in attendance 94% of the time required for the school year in order to receive credit for the year`s work.

Students should have ten or less absences per year.
