What is EdCamp?
Edcamps are organic, participant-driven professional development experiences created by educators, for educators. All topics and discussions are generated collaboratively on the day of the event by all of the learners in attendance.
The Edcamp tenets are:
Conversations, not presentations: No lectures!
Free and public!
Rule of Two Feet: Leave a session if you don’t believe you’re learning in it.
Experience, not Experts: Everyone is encouraged to share and learn from each other.
Edcamps are a modern, flexible way of guaranteeing tailored professional development in the education field.
