DrillsWe are required to complete the following drills throughout the school year: Fire drills, so we are prepared should there be a fire. Shelter in place is used when there is a dangerous animal on campus, or lightning. Lockdowns are used for dangerous situations or a social media threat. Lockdowns may be issued by others in situations that are dangerous or an immediate threat to safety. During a lockdown, visitors will not be allowed on campus. When we practice for the first time, we do inform staff when the drill will take place. All the other times we do the required number of drills we do not inform staff. This is so that we are all prepared for any of the above situations. | Lost & Found Please remind your child to check in the lost and found for any missing items. Parents if you are attending an event on our campus over the next couple of days, stop by and take a look - you might just find that missing jacket etc. | Items that are not claimed by Friday 16th December will be packed up and donated to a local charity. |

December Holiday DriveVentana Vista is partnering again this year with More than a Bed. More than a Bed supports adoptive, foster and kinship families so that they will have easily accessible everyday essentials. While many children receive lots of gifts during the holidays, others need things like coats, warm clothes, and shoes. This is the last week… drop off new and gently used items to the front office anytime before this Friday, December 16 - items listed on the flyer below are most needed. Let’s join together to bless these Tucson families during this holiday season! - | Holiday Spirit Week December 12-16 | 2023 Silent Auction - Help Needed! Are you interested in helping with the Silent Auction for February 2023? We would love more volunteers to help us gather auction items and organize a fun silent auction event during the Family Sweetheart Dance next February. And/or if you provide a service, have an AirBnB or make interesting things and would like to donate it to our silent auction, we are starting to gather items now. Please contact Nita Jain (nita.k.shah01@gmail.com) or Nicole Whelan (nicoleventanavista@gmail.com). |
