Instructional Rounds will continue with Nikki! She's going to be scheduling observations with 3rd, 4th, 5th, and AMP.
Lunch solutions were discussed. Trying a few things with first grade to see if it helps with the amount of food they are eating and to solve the problem of waiting in line.
School Success Squad:
The Great Kindness Challenge -materials will be sent to classroom teachers next week. The Great Kindness Challenge is January 27-31.
Save the Date: Pop In for Literacy Night, March 12, 2020. Teams will need to decide their activity and materials needed by February 1. A planning sheet will be sent out this week.

Reviewed Building Level Data - 44 major ODRs to date, 385 positive office referrals to date.
Triangle Report - 94% of students have 0-1 referral, 5.5% of students have 2-5 referrals, and 0.5% of students have 6 or more referrals.
Quarterly Celebrations are moving to monthly celebrations. Decide to do celebrations as a classroom or grade level. If you need materials or items for your celebration, please give me 2-3 days notice.

In moving towards a Trauma Informed School we need to be cognizant of not publicly displaying student discipline information, this could include clip charts, individual behavior charts, and other behavior programs, including Classroom Dojo. Think about how you are using your behavior charts? In a true PBIS model, it would not be to "call out" the student who is not doing their job, but to acknowledge those students who are doing their job.
