Delicious Discussions for The Inquisitve Jewish Woman

Sweet, Intelligent, and Refreshing Discussions About Judaism

This group is for young women who are inspired by and curious about Judaism. Weekly e-mails will be sent out asking each woman to write back with a question about Judaism they are interested in. The questions may cover anything from Jewish identity and purpose, to our relationship with G-d, to the role and spiritual growth of Jewish women. The questions will be reviewed during the week, and a class will be prepared in response to a common idea which surfaced, or perhaps to a question in particular which stood out. The related questions will be anonymously read aloud, a 20-30 min lesson will be given, with a follow-up question and discussion session afterwards. Along with the discussion, tasty baked treats and snacks will be served!

Discussions will be held on Shabbos by JET Madricha, Nurit Siegal

For those of you staying over for shabbos in West Rogers Park, Questions and Cupcakes is the answer for your third meal! Those interested should come to the group a bit before shkiah (sundown), for an inspiring shabbos get-together. The group will receive an e-mail the Sunday before a discussion group is scheduled. The group will meet about every other week, hopefully shifting to a weekly basis. Please tell your friends!

The meeting place will be at Nurit Siegal's apartment, located at 2532 West Fitch Ave in West Rogers Park. Coming from California, walk down Touhy till you reach Rockwell. Turn right on Rockwell and then turn left on Fitch. It's the second apartment building on your left, with a black gate in front.
