Louis Pasteur


Louis Pasteur was a French chemist and microbiologist known for his creation of the pasteurization process. He was born on December 27, 1822 and he died on September 28, 1895.

Pasteur invented the Pasteurization Process in 1864. This is a process of destroying pathogens and bacteria by heating up a liquid. The main impact of this invention was making milk and juices safe to drink.
