Summary

A lot of the food items were really unhealthy and had a lot of sugars, sodium, and calories but these are actually some of the healthier choices from the restaurants. Some of the unhealthier choices were the Black Forest Ham Sandwich from Subway, The Jr. Vanilla Frosty from Wendy's, and the McChicken from McDonalds. The Black Forest Ham Sandwich won the prize for the most sodium with 800 milligrams while the Jr. Vanilla Frosty had the most sugar with 27 grams and the McChicken from McDonalds had the most with 370 calories.
