AR Alpha Delta Kappa Moving Forward
August 2021
From the State President
Sisters,
Do you hear that? Children laughing, school busses everywhere, teachers anxiously waiting to meet their new students!!! That's right! It is time for school to start again, and it is an exciting time to be an educator.
As the year begins, reach out to new teachers. Add treats and a brochure or two to the lounge to introduce Alpha Delta Kappa to your peers. Have a wine tasting or tea party and invite possible new members to meet and greet. Ask every member to bring a friend to your next meeting. Share the Alpha Delta Kappa Love. "Each one reach one."
I hope many of you were able to attend the virtual conference. what an event! It was so organized, so professional, so informative. Thanks go to Past International President Judy Ganzert and her team for this memorable convention. I still find myself humming some of the tunes from Dueling Pianos!
Congratulations again to Rachel Shankles, our new SCR International Vice President! You are an awesome leader.
This school year strive for membership growth and help us "Move Alpha Delta Kappa Forward."
