Big picture

From Nurse Thorpe:

Tips for Increasing your Daily Physical Activity

· Park further away to increase your family’s daily steps

· Take the stairs when possible

· Go for a family walk. Pick up your pace when walking to increase the intensity of your workout

· Place boundaries on screen time and prioritize opportunities for physical activity in your child’s schedule

Drop off and Pick up

Parents:

Just a reminder: We ask that you pull all the way around the building when dropping off and picking up students. Please do not stop in front of either buildings. It causes traffic to back up. Thank you for working with us.
