5th Six Weeks, Week 3 - March 19-23

Let me first relay some of the messages I received from the past week of substitutes. Students, I am very pleased with the reports I have received and I'm so excited to return to work. Thank you for a great week of behavior :-)

PHILHARMONIC & SYMPHONIC PRE-UIL CONCERT Wednesday!
The Pre-UIL CONCERT IS THIS WEEK! WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28th at HeMS -
Performance Times:
- 5:50 P.M. - Philharmonic
- 6:40 P.M. - Symphonic
Concert Report Times:
5:15 P.M. - Philharmonic in Orchestra Room - cases in lockers
6:00 P.M. - Symphonic in Orchestra Room - (No earlier please)
What to wear:
Formal BLACK - absolutely no jeans, leggings, open-toed shoes, tennis shoes, strapless blouses, thin straps, or skirts. Make the black look ELEGANT
Boys - IRONED White tux shirt, black slacks, black dress shoes, black socks, tie of your choice
About the concert:
Students may quietly exit after their performance
This is a graded performance event
Beginner Orchestra - Staff Stories Due
This assignment counts as a test grade. Students, please get that in sooner than later.
FUNDRAISER PARTY
The Movie Night will be Thursday, March 29th. Those who sold one box are invited to come; those who sold two can bring a friend. Pj's and pillows are welcomed! We can start the party at 5:00 pm
MARIACHI -Next performance is Tuesday, April 3rd @ Double File ES; 11:15-12:00 pm
We will continue reviewing our standards and working any of the following songs for Texas State University.

Fiesta Texas Payment #4 Due This Week!
All balances should be at $40 by now. This week's payment is $20. You may also pay off your entire trip balance if you would like to.
