Survey Says
This week our survey says question was: Would you rather eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner food? We surveyed 86 students from 3rd grade to high school; 4 students said they would rather eat lunch, 32 students said they like breakfast food best, and 50 students said they would eat dinner over breakfast or lunch. At CCA, dinner is the chosen meal of the day! --Marlee
CCA 4-H
On March 23, some CCA 4-H students attended a cake decorating class, which was held at CCA. The purpose of the class was to teach students frosting techniques, such as how to make buttercream frosting and pipe icing. The session is preparing them for cake decorating at the 4-H Fair this summer. Students made and used buttercream frosting. At a later date they will learn how to make royal frosting and decorate styrofoam cakes for the Fair. --Priscilla
Good Luck at 4-H Livestock Judging in Joplin, MO, today!
March 25th Chapel: Spurgeon College
The answer to those questions are: worship, make disciples and remember. God is with us always. He's in control. Everything that happens in this world is because He allowed it to happen, whether good or bad.
Spurgeon's Fusion program prepares students to minster around the world. "If you're going to hard places you have to train hard," said Erik. The purpose of Fusion is to make disciples for the glory of God.
We appreciate Spurgeon College and Erik for traveling from KC to share Fusion and the vision of it with us today. If you would like to watch the video that Erik shared with us please click on the link: https://vimeo.com/486600206
