Information for Travis PTO/YES

Parents and Students – The Travis YES program, sponsored by the Travis PTO, is a great way to keep track of your student’s volunteer hours that are so important to colleges and universities. See the Travis website under Clubs and Organizations for more information, guidelines, and forms for YES.

Students – if you need a printout of your YES hours for NHS applications, come to the YES table in the Commons on TUESDAYS and fill out the request form. You may then pick up your printout the following Tuesday, but it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your deadline and plan accordingly.

A Note Regarding Food Brought To School To Share

Just a reminder, students that are bringing food items to school for classroom or extra-curricular purposes that will be shared with other students may only bring store bought items that have packaging that lists the ingredients.

Also a reminder, students may not sell food items at school for any reason unless through a school approved fundraiser and only then at times specified via the fundraiser.

Join Walk, Watch, Repeat!

Want to do your part to keep Travis safe? Join Walk, Watch, Repeat! This program was started at Ridge Point HS as an effort to get additional adult eyes and ears into the hallways of the school, helping school personnel make their campus a more safe and secure place for student learning. Thanks to the efforts of the founders at RPHS and some amazing Tiger parents, WWR has come to Travis!

To find out more about training to become a WWR parent:
