Protein bars are protein packed snacks recommended by sports trainers around the world, but how good are they really? Well, it depends on how you eat it. Protein bars are good things to eat right after a hard work out because it helps build muscle; but if you are using it as a meal replacement every day, that could be a problem due to the high calories and sugars. In conclusion protein bars aren't necassarely good or bad for you, it just depeneds how you just to eat them.
