Beach & Lake
BOATS:
We are taking inventory of the boats moored at the beach. Residents will be given a permit sticker, free of charge, to adhere to their boat so we have a way to contact owners and remove boats that are unclaimed. Please contact Michelle to get a sticker and get your boat registered. You can reach her at (847) 426-7706 or tmantoine@yahoo.com.
LAKE:
Just a reminder swimming in the lake is at your own risk. There is no swimming allowed after dusk, and no children under the age of 14 are allowed in the lake without adult supervision. Residents must accompany their guests when swimming or fishing. Please use caution and do not dock boats on, or near, the floating lake raft.
BEACH AREA:
Return toys to the wooden box when done playing. If any residents have sand toys they want to donate please feel free to add them to the box. Remember to pick up your trash and use the waste can. The garbage is collected every monday, there are extra trash bags inside the trash recepticle.
FIREPIT:
The firewood at the beach is to be used only at the common firepit. If using the firepit please fully extinguish the flames and coals before leaving, and pick up the area of any trash or debris.
PORT-A-POTTY
We will be having a port-a-potty for use at the beach for the summer months, it will be locked up, the code to the lock is ______________________________________.
SAFETY:
If you see any suspicious activity or persons PLEASE call local police, use 911. Our Village Police Department responds quickly and they want to keep the neighborhood safe, don't hesitate to call them.
Michelle Antoine Chairs the Beautification Committee and acting Director is Chip Laugal. We can always use new members, let us know if you want to help out!
