Good Hope Junior Mission

Whatever HE wills, WE WILL!

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Junior Women's Auxiliary is to advance the work of the kingdom, which is our primary and foremost mission. We will support the efforts of our church, St. John Regular Baptist association, and Missionary Baptist General Convention of Texas as it relates to outreach, evangelism and the training of women from the ages of 18-40. We work together in Christian love to create a ministry that cultivates the bonds of sisterhood and promotes a spirit of unity. We study to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

The activities of the Junior Women Auxiliary include, but are not limited to: Outreach, training, community activities, and workshops.

Homegoing Celebration for Tiffany Lockwood

For those who have not heard, Sis. Tiffany Lockwood passed away Monday Morning after a long fight with Cancer. The Home going service has been scheduled for next Saturday, July 19, 2014. A group of us will be traveling to Alexandria, LA to support the family during this time. If you would like to travel with us, please text or call Sis. Shantell Holly-King for further details.

We know that it may not be possible for you to travel with us, however, we would like to take a gift of encouragement for her two children. We are asking that every Junior Woman please bring a donation so that we can bless the children of this family during this difficult time.

Lastly, Tiffany's husband, Courtney has set up a GoFundMe campaign in order to raise funds for her medical bills, and now, funeral costs. If you would like to contribute please follow the link below.
