FA October News

Thank you Lord for this beautiful FALL WEATHER

Note from Rhonda...

Dear FA Families,

I'm excited to tell you that I feel God moving here at Faithful Academy. There's a shift happening this school year. Our focus being more on HIM and less on everything else. And although its our job to provide a sound and quality education to each of your children (and that won't change), I feel a great pull emphasizing HIM more in everything we do. He is the most important subject we teach. Living in a time where technology has us all moving so fast and focusing on more complex things daily, we need to get back to the basics. The basics of eating healthy. It fuels not only our bodies, but our minds and emotions. The basics of a good work ethic and applying it in all we do daily. Teaching our kids to cook, clean and fix things. This is all part of foundations that are being over taken by technology, sports and other activities that monopolize our time.

As Christian parents and mentors its our charge to grow our children to be independent responsible adults that love the Lord. Are we doing that well? (Deut. 6:7 You should teach them diligently to your children, and should talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.)

As I always say, and I mean from the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing us at F.A. to partner with you and to walk along side you to help train up your child.

(Prov. 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.)

I ask for prayers for our school, our leadership and all of our families. He has separated us and set us apart for a purpose. Please be in prayer for all who are connected to F.A.

In His Direction,

Ms. Rhonda
