This week we will continue Topic 15 on Time. Time is TRICKY as we are telling time by five minutes. Especially the quarter to, quarter after, half past terms. It would be VERY helpful to practice at home before the test on Friday.
** Since we are extending the topic, some homework next week will be Time worksheets and not in the math book.

March of Dimes Walk

RHE will be having our own mini-walk for March of Dimes on Wednesday 4/13. Donation boxes were sent home last week. Please return by Wednesday.

Visit the Rolling Hills Home & School Association website for announcements and information http://www.rhhsa.org/

Unfortunately, we have had an increasing number of kiddos not completing homework. Homework is practice based on the skill taught in our math lesson that day. It should take a maximum of 20 minutes. As you know, homework also teaches responsibility. Please let us know if your child has difficulty and we will be sure to review with them. We discussed this as a class and decided if homework is not completed and returned to school...it must be done during recess time. Thanks for your support in helping to teach homework responsibility. :)

* Please review your child's homework nightly, and sign their homework book. Thank you.
