A Reflection on Leadership Development Winter Quarter Events

This quarter has been full of fun, engaging, and insightful events! We are thankful for your participation and loved meeting all 246 of you!

We started off the quarter hosting a Lunches with Leaders in partnership with I-week, where we discussed the affect of child sacrifice in Uganda with two local Ugandans. Then in February, Kevin Whilhelm, CEO of Sustainable Business Consulting, came to Lunches with Leaders and shared how he found his passion and leveraged his strengths to make a difference in our community.

Over the past few weeks, LEAD team members have facilitated 12 Take Outs with approximately 120 participants in total. Take out session topics have included mentoring, group dynamics, time management, and personal strengths.

Last weekend, we saw many of you at Leadership Blitz, which was centered around the theme of "Connections: Relationships in the Age of Technology". During this all-day conference we discussed the influence of technology in social justice outreach, leadership on campus, personal branding, and daily living.
