Orchestra Garage Sale

The Orchestra Boosters and Officers will be hosting a garage sale at Stony Point on Saturday, August 25th.  The proceeds from the sale will go to the orchestra boosters to use towards helping with spring trip costs, scholarships, and orchestra supplies.  We will also have a concession booth and the proceeds from the concession sales will go to the officer account for orchestra social events.  This has the potential to be a huge money maker for us and can really help out.

How can you help?

Donate items - while students are at home over the summer, what better way to keep them entertained than cleaning out closets, garage, storage shed, etc.  You can bring the items by Stony Point on any of the All-State tutorial dates listed above or bring them by any day after July 30th.  The more items we have to offer, the better we will do.Provide baked goods for the concession stand - if every member of the orchestra will contribute one batch of cookies, brownies, etc., we can do really well with this.Help price items - we will meet at the school on Friday, August 24th to organize everything and get it all priced out.  The more hands we have to help, the faster this goes :)Help with the garage sale.  We will go from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  You don't have to work the entire thing, but any help is appreciated.
