We are asking that all chargers be returned to school by Wednesday. We will be taking our NC Check-Ins in ELA and Math over the next two weeks and it is essential that all chromebooks are charged and in working order. Please send chargers back to school by Wednesday. If we have students who are home in quarantine, we will work with those students to take their charger/chromebook home.

School pictures from the original picture date were sent home on Friday. Please make sure your student gave you these if you ordered them. An email was sent to all parents who ordered digital pictures.

Report Cards go home with students this Thursday. Please sign the report card and return it to school with your student to give to their homeroom teacher.

We have just started the second nine weeks and second half of the first semester. Students, make sure you start strong by not getting behind on assignments. This includes completing work you miss when you are not in school.

Buses will run on the same schedule this week as they did last week. Thank you for your patience.

Band and Chorus students are selling butterbraids between October 25 and November 19. We will have online links where you can order coming soon, or you can order directly from a band or chorus students. Butterbraids will be back for delivery in early December.

Please make sure and send a refillable/screw-on lid water bottle to school with your student each day. This allows them to stay hydrated during the day. We are using water fountains as refill stations only. Many students recycle a plain "Aquafina, Desani, (whatever you buy at the grocery store) water bottle which is perfect.

As a reminder, any student who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should be kept at home and not allowed to come to school. Please notify the school if your child is sick. Also, students who have been exposed to a person with COVID-19, who are awaiting COVID-19 test results, or who are under quarantine should not come to school.

Students competing in the Science Fair, meet in the Small STEAM Room after school until 5:00 PM on the Mondays listed below. Parents, you can receive all the details from your child through his/her Google Classroom Science Fair Class. The following are the dates through the end of November. Students should be starting their experiments and collecting data.
