Sycamore Spring Math Night
Please read below about an optional math opportunity for your child.
For the last several years, Sycamore School in Indianapolis has hosted a math competition for 3rd - 6th graders designed to challenge strong math students from across Indianapolis area. Over the years, we have had multiple participants from Zionsville. If you have students this year that you think would be interested, I would appreciate your help in getting the information to them. I have attached a flyer you can print off and pass out to your students or you can send them to our website for the information. The link is: http://www.sycamoreschool.org/mathnight/ The date for the contest is Wednesday, March 23rd.
This is an individual contest and is designed for parents to register their own child through our website, so you do not need to organize a team or attend the competition. However, if you would like to attend, I would love to meet you and I am sure I could put you to work!
Finally, our school also offers summer math problem solving classes and camps for 3rd - 8th graders. If you have students who may be interested in those camps you can send them here: http://www.sycamoreschool.org/academy/
Thank you for your help!
