Cambridge District App
Have you downloaded the Cambridge District 227 app yet? If not, you must check it out! Our goal is for the app to provide a centralized platform for communication between the district, schools, parents, and students. Users can easily access relevant information, such as school calendars, menus, events, and news. Important announcements and notifications can also be delivered promptly!
The elementary school will still be utilizing Class Dojo as a form of parent-teacher communication, engagement, and overall school community connectivity. We feel the class story and instant messaging feature is invaluable and allows for quick updates, clarifications, and individual student, classroom, or school highlights.
Fannie May Fundraiser
Please make sure all money for our Fannie May fundraiser is into the office by Tuesday!
Stop in the Office
Please make sure all visitors stop in the office upon arrival. This also includes parents/guardians who bring their child into the school in the morning. If you need to speak with your child's teacher or drop off an item, the office will be happy to assist you! Thank you for your cooperation.
5 Essentials
Parents, students, and teachers in Cambridge have the opportunity to participate in the statewide Illinois 5Essentials Survey. This survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of our school. As a parent, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of our school's effectiveness.
Your participation in the parent portion of the survey will help us understand the conditions of our school and help guide improvement. Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child.
PLEASE take the time to fill out this survey. It will take about 15 minutes, but your input would be greatly appreciated. We need 30% parent participation in order for a report to generate. We all want what is best for the students of Cambridge Elementary School and I would love your help and guidance in determining what we need to improve upon to make our school even better! Please click the link below to access the survey.

The State of Illinois has mandated trainings that are taught every year in school. To assist us in the more sensitive topics, we bring in outside resources.
