Word from Holly...

This is an oldie, but a goodie!

For the Word From Holly this week, I reflected on all of that which we may need to be reminded of at this point of the school-year such as finishing strong or keeping up the good fight in the midst of stress and hectic schedules. I finally settled for the second week in a row on some inspiration that brings us back to where we started.

I can't help but end each school year the way I begin...by reminding myself of our purpose...of the sphere of our influence...of the power we have to change so many lives for the good.

Nick's News:

*With the cancellation of most state testing this year, we are excited to now be able to give the students the opportunity to see the work their fellow classmates have put in for the band concert. We will begin calling for students to come to the gym shortly after announcements on Monday morning. We should be able to put all students on the home side bleachers – 6th grade office side, 7th grade middle, 8th grade bus stop side. Students will leave backpacks in their first period class, will return to their first period after the concert, and we will pick up with the regular schedule at that time. Also, Mrs. Watkins’ 1st period Algebra students will return to her class during 6th period. -Nick
