Salmonella

Salmonella is usually transmitted by humans from eating contaminated foods with animal feces. The symptoms are diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps. The symptoms usually develop 12-72 hours after infected and can last 4-7 days. To prevent salmonella, you should not eat raw or lightly cooked foods.
