We will begin our MSTEP and NWEA testing on May 4th. This will be our first formal test taken at school in the previous year and a half. The information we will receive from this test will greatly help guide our future instruction for our students.


Please encourage your child to get a good night's rest, eat a good breakfast, and come to school prepared for testing.


Please refrain from removing your child from school early and ensure they arrive on time to help them be prepared for their best work.

Just a reminder that we will be back in person starting this Monday, April 26th. Please remember to bring back any electronic devices and remember we start our student drop-off at 8:00am. The school day will run from 8:15-3:10 with layered dismissal by grades at the end of the day starting with kindergarten at 3:00.

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week starts May 3rd

May 3rd-7th is teacher and staff appreciation week. Thank you to all of our teachers and staff for going above and beyond to provide a top-notch education and learning experience for our students while keeping everyone safe.


During this week, reach out to a staff member or teacher and let them know how much you appreciate their hard work in helping your child be successful.

One District, One Book

One District, One Book

This month, we will all be reading the One and Only Ivan at the same time across the district from staff to students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. The reading schedule is attached below and we will be reading each weekday starting on Monday, April 12th with day 1. Your child should have brought home a bag with a lot of items in it including a packet of activities, reading strategies, and the reading schedule as well. Please find 10-15 minutes a day to read with your child each night! Check out the trailer for our district HERE.

If you know of someone who needs to enroll in Young 5's or Kindergarten, our online registration started Monday, March 1st! The sooner you enroll, the better the chances of having the elementary school you'd prefer in Bangor. Younger siblings will follow their older siblings to the building they currently are in.
