Help Noks go through College
This Christmas...
Ebenezer: 'Thus far the Lord hath helped us."
Concordia University Irvine 2013
Arriving at Concordia was a blessing. in my 2nd semester of arrival I became involved in Student Leadership. I was made the President of the International Students. I was hired by campus ministry; Abbeywest as a Residential Care Minister ( taking care of students, loving them, granting them support and comfort in times of need. Giving them love that would draw them closer to Christ and make sure they are spiritually catered for), I am also a Beloved Bible Study Leader; shepherding 9 girls. I am also a Student Assistant for the Academic Intensive English Program and in the beginning of next Semester, I have been offered a role as an RA (Resident Assistant) at the Global Village, this is a Living and Learning Community for locals and international students going to Concordia.
I have been so blessed to have all these leadership qualities and to have God use my gifts for the benefit of His Kingdom. I am thankful to be going through a university that is able to give me the opportunity to use these gifts for the benefit of the students. It's is a great practice for me as a Communication's major student who minors in Missiology (study of mission work) and Pre-Deaconess Program.
I have now been at Concordia for a year and God has been faithfully providing for my needs and that of my family back home through me, as they a now fully dependent on me after the loss of my older brother this April 2013.
My family, a blessing from God.
A gift from God.
