News from Mrs. Hilcher-Principal of Grapevine Elementary
Week of September 14-18
#ThankYouThursday
Our campus has made a special effort to say 'thanks' to our peers on Thursdays. We've been using Twitter as one of our ways to show our appreciation to others. Be sure to follow our hashtags and join in the experience by thanking a GES staff member on 9/17. Be sure to add #thankyouthursday & #GESshineon along with the Twitter handle of the person you're thanking!
We Need YOU for our Campus Excellence Committee
If you would like to serve on the GES Campus Excellence Committee, or you know of a community member who would be a good candidate, please call the front office at 817-251-5735. As a reminder, the Campus Excellence Committee(CEC) is made up of 9-15 members made up of GES administration, faculty, staff, parents and community members. The CEC is involved in the site-based decision making process for our campus. CEC meetings will be held on Tuesday afternoons in the GES library. CEC meetings for the 2015-2016 school year will be held on: 9/29; 10/27; 12/15; 1/26; 2/23/ 3/29 and 5/3.
