Join the mermaid yogis from Paddle Nantucket for 2 FREE SUP Yoga classes, celebrating the opening of our 3rd season on the water! We will be running 2 classes simultaneously at 7am and 2 classes at 9am. Each class has only 6 all-inclusive spots (aka; board, paddle and anchor rental included), so register well in advance!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY PADDLE EXPERIENCE, OR YOGA EXPERIENCE TO ENJOY THESE BEGINNER SUP YOGA CLASSES.

FREE: Community SUP Yoga classes
Classes will be cancled if there is inclement weather - so please check your MindBody Connect app (free on the iTunes App Store) before leaving the house!
Please wear dry-fit, spandex/lycra clothing - yoga pants, board shorts, layers up top.... avoid cotten as it stays wet forever. Sunglasses are okay if you have croakies.
Students should arrive at the public way, near Sayle's Seafood, at the end of Washington Street extension, 15 minutes prior to class to get geared up. Don't forget to use sunscreen and wear a brimmed hat. Please try to RIDE A BIKE, car pool, or park at the town lot across from the Town Pier and walk down Washington street past the Great Harbor Yacht Club. Parking is very limited at the beach.

10:30am to 12:30pm - Boards are available for students to demo

Paddle Nantucket will be offering twice daily SUP Yoga classes, as well as PaddleFit paddle coaching, private SUP Yoga, and paddle tours of Nantucket harbor by appointment. We are in the middle of re-organizing our website, so please call us or email us with any questions. We can create a custom paddle experience for you!
