Looking to Connect with Students?
Want Help to Learn how to SOLE in ANY Setting?
About this Workshop...
Who: Any teacher in grades 3-12 who wants to increase the engagement of all of their students right away but doesn't think they have the time.
What: Get information and assistance to incorporate StartSOLE into your classroom environment (Whatever it is today and whatever it will be tomorrow). Sugata Mitra and the StartSOLE team are available to help you add this teaching strategy to your classroom right away.
A StartSOLE session is characterized by discovery, sharing, spontaneity and limited teacher intervention. Every SOLE session activates the learners’ creativity, requires critical thinking, and refines communication skills. SOLE lessons are completely aligned to both the OTES 1.0 & 2.0 rubrics and easily help a teacher differentiate learning. Additionally, SOLE lessons reinforce many of the gifted teaching competencies. The best news is that SOLE will work in your existing classroom environment no matter what it looks like (remote, hybrid or face-to-face). You will get access to free tools to implement SOLE in your classroom and find out how to earn free CEU's for completing future SOLE lessons.
When: We know that you are super busy so we have provided many different date/time options that could fit into your schedule/planning time. Each 60 minute Zoom session will give you everything that you need to get started and introduce you to the StartSOLE team who is ready to help you anyway we can. If you only have 40-50 minutes feel free to register anyway and we will make sure you get what you need in the time you have available.
Where: On-Line - ZOOM Link will be emailed to you after your registration
Time/Registration: Click here to access the registration form to select a time and date that works best for you from the options provided on March 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 or 30, 2021.
