PREP UTSA APPLICATION NOW OPEN
Do you know of a middle school student who is interested in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)? If so, please share with them that the Prefreshman Engineering Program (PREP) application window is now open. The PREP program is a rigorous math-based summer program for students interested in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). PREP helps prepare participants for advanced studies and careers in STEM. Each year students attend field trips and visit with career awareness speakers.
The application window for students (6th, 7th, or 8th graders) to apply to the program is open until January 31, 2021. Students and families are not charged for their participation in the PREP program as SAISD pays for approximately 130 students to participate in PREP each year.
