Upcoming GRHS Award Nights

It is coming towards the end of the year and that is a reason to celebrate. GRHS holds two awards nights coming up.


May 3rd 7pm @ the Reif: Academic Excellence Awards Night (formerly the Thunderhawk Awards)

Students receiving an award have been emailed invitations.

(All are welcome, but only students receiving an award were emailed an invitation. Email scholarships@isd318.org if you think you missed your invitation.)

  • International Baccalaureate Program (12th grade)

  • Department Awards: Art, Science, Math, English, Social Studies, Technical Center, ALC, Business, Phy Ed/Health, World Languages (Students in grades 9-12 are nominated by their teachers for recognition in excellence in their classes)

  • Captain’s Council and AAA Winners

  • President’s Education Award (12th Grade) Seniors graduating with honors will also be recognized and receive their honor cords.

  • Career Pathways Certificates & Pins (12th grade)


May 17th 7pm @ the Reif: Scholarship Awards Night

Seniors who are Scholarship Recipients for the Thunderhawk, GRACF and other local Scholarships are awarded this night. Seniors receiving a scholarship should watch for an invitation to this ceremony next week and should RSVP their attendance.
