Coach Franklin’s Reflection: Every experience in life allows us to learn and grow. The Raiders finished the 2021 season with a learning experience versus the Lubbock Cooper Pirates in Round 1 of the UIL Playoffs. This season we learned how to encourage young players and receive contributions from all players. We learned that positive energy is better than negative energy. We learned how to play as a team with limited resources. We have grown emotionally to produce more positive plays than negative plays. Finally, we learned we must commit ourselves to preparing for football season during the offseason so we can position ourselves to WIN MULTIPLE PLAYOFF GAMES.
