Maintenance Supervisor:
Under the director of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards. Must be able to diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, exterior and appliances as well as be responsible for scheduling vendors, placing order and completing the make-ready process.
Pinnacle is looking for a dedicated and committed individual to fill our Maintenance Supervisor position at our beautiful Kent Apartment Community.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service and personal attention to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor responds to our resident's service request and is instrumental in helping Pinnacle deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Requirements - High School diploma or GED; Higher education or trade school preferred and some certifications required including HVAC. Able to use computer applications and systems as needed. Previous supervisory experience preferred. On call hours required.

Maintenance Technicians:
Under the director of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards. Must be able to diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, exterior and appliance.
Pinnacle is looking for a hardworking, resident focused, and dedicated individual to fill our Assistant Maintenance position for our property in the {neighborhood} of {city, state}
The Maintenance Assistant provides support, and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention to the resident. The Maintenance Assistant responds to our resident's service needs and is instrumental in helping Pinnacle deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Requirements:
Time management skills
Communication skills
Painting, carpentry & general maintenance skills
Knowledge, understanding and demonstration of preventative maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite of Products, internet navigation and online applications a plus.
