Dollenger says....
Hello North East Families,
We are excited to expand the numbers of students we can bring back for in person learning at North East School. Students will be rotating through their classes with added measures of safety to maximize the chances of success to keep our school open and expand our possibilities in the future. Students at home will be able to participate virtually in the same lessons occurring in the classrooms. Please remember to keep wearing masks, social distancing, washing hands, and the other Covid mitigation practices to keep us all safe and promote the chances that we can continue and expand the opportunities for face to face instruction and extra curricular activities that we all long to return to. I am grateful to be with all of you on the journey and am proud to be a member of this community.
Stay safe, stay strong, and remember that we are North East.
~Mr. Dollenger

Cecil County Parks and Recreation Scrimmages at North East High School
The first scrimmages held through the partnership between CCPS and Cecil County Parks and Recreation began on Monday, 9/28. These are simply scrimmages and no score will be kept.
In order to gain Health department approval for these exhibitions several COVID 19 related protocols were installed. These will be strictly enforced at each school as failure to comply could result in a premature ending of the season.
All attendees should make sure that they are showing no signs of illness before arriving at the event. Athletes will be screened by their coaches before participating..
Unfortunately, no spectators will be allowed except for guardians, siblings, and other members of the immediate households. This means that for grandparents or other family members to be allowed entry, they must live in the same home as the participant. No other spectators can be permitted, including our own students.
Spectators and athletes will need to leave the event immediately following the contest.
No loitering in parker lots or other areas of the campus can be allowed.
All spectators must wear masks and/or socially distance at all times.
Please follow all guidelines. We will be forced to require anyone who refuses to stay in compliance to leave in order that we maintain the best hope of seeing this program to a successful completion.
