District Interims Update
The district interim window is October 5th-8th. First quarter benchmark assessments should be given during this window. The district is working on modifying the math and language arts assessments to reflect the curriculum resources (Eureka and Springboard) and the shortened timeframe created by starting the school year later. We will have a "transparency window" before October 5th to preview the revised assessments. We've been assured that if teachers are following the scope and sequence of the YAAGs and the curriculum resources that the assessments will not contain any surprises. If you have any questions, please check in with Erin Stovall.

CREW Challenge
Your CREW Challenge for the week: give out four Captain's Awards (one per micro-cohort)! (We are still figuring out what assemblies might look like this year, but we can always celebrate within our cohorts in the meantime!)
