WELCOME ARKOM CHOLLAPAND!

We would like to welcome Arkom Chollapand to the #ShilohFamily as a secondary math teacher!

Dr. Chollapand is originally from Thailand and graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After a year as an engineering consultant, he entered the finance industry and worked in the Treasury department with a focus on trading, financial derivatives, risk management as well as asset & liability management. He earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from Colorado State University (CSU) before accepting a job opportunity at Tyson Foods in 2005.

In 2018, Dr. Chollapand left Tyson in order to spend several months a year with his family in ministry in Thailand. Since 2019, he has supported an orphanage and worked with engineering friends to equip a rural school for infrastructure needs. Additionally, Dr. Chollapand is a board member for Rockin’ Baker Academy, a nonprofit organization in Fayetteville that provides on-the-job training for neurodiverse groups.

He and his wife, Nicha, have been married for 34 years and have one son Pete (29), who has been married to Kenzie for five years. He is excited to be a part of the Shiloh family in building Godly leaders!

WELCOME COACH UNGER!

We would like to welcome Jodi Unger to the #Shilohfamily as a directed services professional and coach.

Mrs. Unger was raised in Abilene, Texas, and graduated from Cooper High School in 2003. She attended the University of Arkansas on a track and field scholarship and earned her undergraduate and Master of Arts in Teaching degrees. While there, she earned four All-American honors in pole vault and finished her athletic career at the 2008 Olympic Trials.

She previously served as a teacher and coach in the Springdale School District from 2009-2020. Most recently, she has worked as a Kids Day Out teacher on the Springdale campus. Mrs. Unger and her husband, Brett, are the proud parents of Micah (12), London (10), Brooks (7) and Blake (3).

WELCOME MRS. WELCH!

We would like to welcome Beth Welch to the #ShilohFamily as a Directed Services Professional!

Mrs. Welch is originally from Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Chemistry. She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019. Mrs. Welch has primarily taught math for grades 6-12, but she also has experience teaching a variety of subjects including science, literature, history, and writing. She enjoys working with students from an alternative learning program, and teaching them how to achieve the necessary scores to graduate high school. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Welch worked as a private tutor, helping students overcome obstacles including learning disabilities, in order to be successful. She has a passion for helping students feel confident and learn the tools needed to accomplish their goals.

Beth and her husband, Mitchell, have been married for 11 years and have four children (two are currently at Shiloh) Josiah (4th grade), Micah (2nd grade), Arabella (4 years old), and Ava (2 years old). Beth is excited to be a part of the Shiloh staff team!

PERRY RYAN THEATER COMPANY

Perry Ryan Theater Company is a local conservative Theater group that provides an opportunity for students to extend their musical theater opportunities when school is out. This company was originated by Kayla Grizzard; wife of Jordan Grizzard who serves with the Worship Ministry of Cross Church.

Perry Ryan Theater Company is hosting a 2 week musical theater camp for ages 7-17 on July 24th- August 5th. They will be producing a FULL PRODUCTION in 2 weeks where the kids will learn songs, choreography and scenes together from professional actors right here in town. They invite your children to participate!
